RumConsultant S.A. specialises in spirits advisory work, the construction of distilleries and beverage companies, and the formulation of spirits. We are specialists in sugarcane and in every distillate derived from it.

Our experience is backed by many years of work: we have set up companies for well-known brands, helped develop new formulations, led equipment purchases and supported every step required to produce the best possible rum for each client.

We work in phases divided according to each project's needs. Integral consulting agreements last a maximum of two years, extendable by mutual agreement, and every requirement agreed in the initial phase must be met.

We consider making rum an art, and we look after every detail of its development. Client confidentiality is a priority, which is why we publish no written references.

We lead each project alongside specialists in every field: agricultural engineers, chemists, industrial engineers, spirits specialists, ageing technicians, distillation column specialists, rum master, master distiller and plant manager.

Each profile joins the project only where it adds value, and always under Rafael and Javier's direction, so the client keeps a single technical point of contact.
