Finished rum bottles prepared for a private label

Private label

We create your private label rum

We turn a commercial idea into a market-ready rum, coordinating product, presentation, production and controls under strict confidentiality.

From an idea to a market-ready bottle

A private label rum project needs its commercial concept and liquid to evolve together. We define positioning, target consumer, price point and markets before selecting or formulating the rum.

We can develop a brand from scratch or improve a project already under way. We coordinate the required specialists and maintain one technical direction to prevent gaps between formulation, packaging and production.

The six phases of your brand

Every project begins with different decisions. These are the questions we answer with companies, distributors, hospitality operators and investors at each phase.

1. Concept and market

We define origin, quality, innovation and brand experience; the range —white, gold, aged, reserve or special edition—; positioning; consumer; retail, hospitality, export or online channels; and the pillars that make the project distinctive.

Common questions

  • Can I create a brand without previous industry experience?
  • What initial investment and minimum volume do I need?
  • Which positioning and retail price are viable in my market?

2. Rum selection

We select rum from available stocks, dedicated production or a bespoke formulation. We establish cane origin, column or pot-still distillation, age, sensory profile, alcoholic strength and wine or spirit-cask finishes.

Common questions

  • Which countries and distilleries can supply the rum?
  • What is the difference between column, pot still and a blend?
  • Can I choose the age, strength and cask finish?

3. Formulation and blending

We combine base distillates, ages and finishes to create the target profile. We adjust proportions, wood, strength, spices and market-specific variants, then validate the result through samples and a tasting panel.

Common questions

  • Will you develop an exclusive recipe for my brand?
  • How many samples and revisions can I taste before approval?
  • Can the same flavour be reproduced in future batches?

4. Bottle and presentation

We develop bottle, capacity, closure, label and carton. We coordinate printing, embossing, foil, varnish, EAN or UPC codes and food requirements through sample approval and final production.

Common questions

  • Can I use my own bottle or choose an available model?
  • Who designs the label, carton and brand elements?
  • What minimum quantities do packaging manufacturers require?

5. Production and quality

We control raw materials, fermentation, distillation, ageing, blending and the pilot batch. We test stability and repeatability, prepare TDS, SDS and COA documents, and maintain controls throughout commercial production.

Common questions

  • How long does the first production batch take?
  • How are quality, stability and traceability controlled?
  • Which certificates and technical documents will my company receive?

6. Market launch

We prepare commercial strategy, certifications, local labelling, trademark registration, packaging, logistics, customs and distribution. The process closes with traceability, follow-up and international launch support.

Common questions

  • Which permits and label requirements apply in my country?
  • Can you help with transport, customs and distribution?
  • How should I prepare pricing, launch and brand growth?

Frequently asked questions before creating a private-label rum

Do I need an incorporated company to get started?
Not for the initial consultation and project definition. Before production, registration or sale, the responsible entity must be identified and destination-market requirements met.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the rum, bottle, labelling and production facility. We can assess anything from a pilot batch to commercial production and propose a viable combination for your budget.
How much does it cost to develop a brand?
Investment varies with rum age and origin, level of customisation, packaging, certifications and volume. After receiving the form, we prepare an initial scope and identify the principal cost areas.
How long does the project take?
A project using available liquid and bottles can move faster than an exclusive formulation, bottle or production run. The schedule is defined by phases and includes samples, approvals, manufacturing and logistics.
Can I receive samples before production?
Yes. Samples let you compare profiles and validate formulation, colour, aroma, taste and alcoholic strength before authorising the batch.
Will my recipe and project information remain confidential?
Yes. We handle project information with complete discretion and can formalise confidentiality agreements when required.
Can you adapt the rum and label for different countries?
Yes. We review product profile, alcoholic strength, mandatory statements, documents and certifications for each target market.
Can you manage the complete project?
Yes. We can coordinate concept, rum selection or formulation, packaging, production, quality, documentation and logistics preparation, or support only the phases you need.
